MEAT INSPECTION

PTB by presence or absence of damage.​
NOW. Separated into pinhole and older damage.
All worms including life stage are recorded.
ANT by presence or absence of damage.
BUG. Sting must be present.
BIRD by presence or absence of damage.
RODENT by presence or absence of damage.
NO-ID. Likely bird or rodent, but not distinguishable.
BLANK. Must be paper thin and lacking any meat.
SHRIVEL. Lacking 25% or more of meat.
DOUBLE. "Twins" or two nuts in one.
STAIN. Significant dark area(s) on skin.
Threshold is 25% or more of surface.
GUM. Any amount. Lacking sting from bug.
RANCID. Meat must be discolored, smell badly, and be squishy.
MECHANICAL. Typically caused by a tractor running over nut.
MISCELLANEOUS. "Catch-all for ugly nuts that stand out". Many types:
Creases (vertical & horizontal) = half the length of nut or more.
Wrinkled = more meat than shrivel; less than normal meat. 
Growth deformities = other odd mishaps.
